The mission of the Family Empowerment Foundation is to identify those products and programs that (a) empower families for good purposes, (b) raise money to purchase the products and programs that will benefit the family and society, and (c) to distribute these items to qualified organizations and individuals.

This process allows you to purchase products directly from Kids Against Drugs Network, LLC and contribute those products 'in-kind' to any registered 501(c)(3) organization (including the Family Empowerment Foundation) and receive a deduction from your taxes, equal to the fair market purchase price for the new, unused educational products. (Note: Using this ability to receive in-kind donations you see many organizations asking you to donate your cars, airplanes, RV's and boats, etc. to them.)

Required paperwork is provided to the donator by both organizations, confirming the purchase and shipment to the non-profit charity and receipt of the donation. The donator can then claim this as a tax deductible donation, while at the same time help many families receive the information they need to make life-changing progress! Under certain conditions, an in-kind donation may be claimed as a tax-deductible donation of up to 100% of the purchase price. [Always talk to your tax advisor about such in-kind contributions. Here, your contribution dollars are used to purchase new products (such as qualifying educational materials) and ship them directly to a 501(c)(3) charitable organization by the publisher (Kids Against Drugs Network, LLC) and may qualify as a 100% tax deductible donation.]

As an option, the sponsor may donate money to the Family Empowerment Foundation directing that it be used to purchase the products and/or programs from Kids Against Drugs Network, LLC for distribution to qualifying families. Direct monetary donations to a charitable organization usually qualify for a tax-deductible benefit to the donator. (Talk with a qualified Tax Professional) Paperwork confirming receipt of the donation will be supplied to the donator.

If you have a favorite charity whom you would like to see use our materials, you can purchase the programs from Kids Against Drugs Network, LLC and make an 'in-kind' donation of our programs to them. For tax purposes you need to receive a letter of acknowledgement and receipt' for your In-Kind contribution from your charity.

There are many non-profit groups who would like to sponsor our materials both as a community service program and as a fund raiser. We have listed a few names and catagories below.
